Sephora Canada is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to enhance store security in the Rideau Centre. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as conducting surveillance, preparing reports, and training staff on loss prevention techniques. You will also support the store leadership team in maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional service to clients and staff

• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and on the sales floor

• Prepare thorough reports for theft incidents and audits

• Develop relationships with law enforcement and local security

• Conduct self-audits and safety inspections in-store

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
