Ensure safety at Ross with the role of Store Protection Specialist. This position focuses on theft prevention and maintaining a secure environment for both Associates and Customers.

As a vital member of the Ross team, you will provide a visible presence at store entrances and throughout the sales floor, greeting Customers with a friendly demeanor. Your expertise in loss prevention strategies will be essential to mitigate theft and fraud while supporting a positive shopping experience. Engage actively with Store Leadership to uphold security protocols and promote safe behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers with eye contact and friendliness

• Monitor entrances and sales floor for theft indicators

• Assist in maintaining emergency exits clear and clutter-free

• Collaborate with Store Leadership on loss prevention goals

• Educate Associates on theft reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent required

• One year of retail supervision or loss prevention experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Active Security Guard License preferred
