As a member of Simons' team, you will play a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of customers and staff. Your responsibilities include immediately addressing emergencies, detecting theft, and writing detailed reports. You will also have a chance to foster relationships within the store, making a significant impact on its overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe environment for all
• Act as an emergency first responder
• Identify and report shoplifting incidents
• Collaborate with law enforcement on arrests
• Write reports and issue staff identification
Requirements:
• Empathetic and disciplined mindset
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Previous experience is a plus
• Security permit (BSP) is mandatory
• Must communicate in the official language of the region
