In your role as Loss Prevention Manager, you will report to the Divisional Manager of Security and Loss Prevention. You will be responsible for managing losses and enhancing performance through compliance and actionable strategies. Your expertise in investigations and stakeholder collaboration is essential for addressing theft and ensuring accountability within terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships through daily terminal engagement

• Analyze loss data to identify theft patterns

• Undertake detailed investigations into shipment discrepancies

• Design and implement effective loss prevention strategies

• Conduct compliance audits across operations

Requirements:

• Private Security Office License (BSP) is mandatory

• Management experience with security teams required

• Understanding of security systems and protocols

• Background in distribution centers preferred

• Excellent conflict resolution abilities required
