Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class security and guest services to clients and event attendees
Provide a professional, welcoming, and attentive presence throughout the event
Conduct security screening, including access control, wanding, pat-downs, bag checks, and other screening procedures as required
Ensure compliance with client expectations, venue regulations, and company standards
Monitor crowd movements and behaviour and respond appropriately to emerging situations
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation while representing Sword Security
Support a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for all guests
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of security experience within the Ontario event security sector
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
Valid First Aid & CPR certification (required)
Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
Ability to remain on your feet and actively engaged for shifts of up to 10 hours
