Senior Offensive Security and AI Specialist

We are seeking energetic and vigilant Permanent Full Time and Part Time Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of safety, responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, conducting surveillance, and preventing loss or theft. Your proactive approach will help ensure a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee property activity and identify potential security breaches
• Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
• Perform surveillance activities to detect suspicious behavior and prevent loss or theft
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting security concerns proactively

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and electronic security tools
• Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and procedures
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Good communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public
