Join Garda World in Montréal, Quebec, as a Training Delivery Specialist to oversee impactful training operations. Shape Screening Officer performance with innovative training strategies and compliance monitoring.

This pivotal role focuses on managing the Training Representative team to ensure effective training delivery to Screening Officers. You will coordinate essential training activities, design Return to Work Programs, and play a key role in performance monitoring and analysis, driving continuous improvement in training methods and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deploy training requirements effectively

• Coordinate the execution of training and compliance

• Design Return to Work Programs ensuring competency

• Update training records per NTCP standards

• Analyze training outcomes and provide reports on KPIs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in security or aviation industry

• Minimum 3 years teaching or training experience

• Fluency in French is mandatory;
English is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
