Location: Montreal
Engage as an Intermediate Consultant focusing on human-environment interaction initiatives. Collaborate on environmental assessments and promote sustainable practices within Indigenous communities.
In this role, you'll work closely with Indigenous clients throughout Environmental Impact Assessment projects, providing critical support and expertise. You'll also participate in community-based monitoring and land use studies, offer solutions tailored to unique challenges, and engage in continuous skill development alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Indigenous clients in technical committees and assessments
• Conduct data gathering initiatives focused on community impact
• Author reports and management plans for diverse audiences
• Assist in organizing and maintaining multi-party meetings
• Contribute to ongoing internal team enhancements and protocols
Requirements:
• 3-7 years of applicable work experience
• Relevant degree or equivalent lived experience in the field
• Familiarity with environmental policies and Indigenous knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• Willingness to travel to engage with communities
