As part of the outreach team at REACH Child and Youth Development Society, you will leverage your cultural fluency to assist families experiencing vulnerabilities.

Your role will involve navigating barriers to service access and building trust within the community through effective relationship management. This position demands a strong commitment to service and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement trauma-informed, family-centered approaches

• Help families overcome barriers related to service access

• Foster community connections and resources knowledge

• Liaise with community providers and represent client interests

• Facilitate online connections and session coordination

Requirements:

• Degree in human or social services field

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Proficient in Punjabi and English; additional languages beneficial

• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and families
