Join CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal's mission to protect youth. As a Criminologist in the Evaluation and Orientation service, you'll help transform young lives daily.
At Batshaw Youth and Family Centres, we are committed to safeguarding children and offering them a brighter future. The Criminologist role involves engaging with English-speaking youth and analyzing cases to determine necessary protective measures. You will implement tailored intervention plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with community members for assessments
• Analyze cases to identify risks and needs
• Develop integration and rehabilitation plans
• Support positive behavioral growth in youth
• Write detailed reports and help enhance clinical tools
Requirements:
• Active or pending OPCQ membership
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Valid driver's license with vehicle access
• Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances
• Strong analytical and writing skills
