Position: Social Worker for Youth at CIUSSS
Location: Westmount

Become a Social Worker with CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal in Westmount, focusing on the well-being of youth and their families. Provide essential support to families facing challenges with comprehensive training.

The position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children and families overcome adversity. You'll work in the Evaluation and Orientation Service, responding to urgent needs, assessing risks, and implementing protective measures. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while receiving ongoing clinical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose safe and effective solutions for families

• Develop individualized intervention plans for youth

• Assess situations involving children quickly

• Facilitate integration of youth within their environments

• Maintain detailed documentation for case management

Requirements:

• Must be an OPCQ member or in transition

• Fluent in both English and French

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Flexibility in managing tasks and priorities

• Dedicated to youth development
