In this temporary full-time position, you will work within a collaborative team, providing evidence-informed counselling for children, youth, and families facing challenges. Your strong clinical judgement and respect for clients' experiences are crucial while delivering individual and group services. Evening work and occasional weekends are required to support client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed and strengths-based counselling
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counselling services
• Collaborate with community resources for referrals
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• 2-3 years’ psychotherapy experience with families
• Fluency in English, French an asset
• Registration with relevant professional college
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
