Join Alta Equipment Group as a Bilingual Sales Coordinator in Dorval, QC, and take charge of customer orders and communication. Your efforts will enhance team collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
In this vital position, reporting to the Corporate Rental Manager, you will manage equipment orders and vendor negotiations while maintaining organized communication. Key responsibilities also include efficiently updating data in the SILK system and coordinating logistics for delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equipment orders for customers
• Clear communication of order details with Sales Representatives
• Update data in the SILK operating system
• Coordinate shipping and delivery efforts
• Process and manage customer invoices
Requirements:
• Bilingual – French and English required
• Background in material handling preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities
