As part of a dedicated team, your expertise will help address issues faced by children, youth, and families. This temporary full-time position includes delivering therapy, conducting risk assessments, and actively participating in community outreach. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is essential for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strengths-based counselling and treatment
• Assess risks and develop personalized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group counselling sessions
• Support clients in accessing community resources
• Keep confidential client records up-to-date
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related fields
• 2-3 years' experience in psychotherapy
• Good standing registration with CRPO or similar
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
