Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusting connections with Inuit youth
• Deliver programming on Inuit culture and community values
• Provide emotional support and manage conflict situations
• Coordinate with GN employees for comprehensive resources
• Promote the use of country food and traditional practices
Requirements:
• Social Work education required
• 2-3 years relevant youth program experience
• Ability to speak Inuktitut preferred
• Knowledge of Inuit societal values and health determinants
• Competency in handling diverse youth needs
