Join Jean Tweed Centre as a Family Counsellor, providing support to women and children dealing with complex challenges. This full-time role requires evening hours for effective outreach and counseling.
As a Counsellor at Jean Tweed Centre, you’ll focus on client-centered support services tailored for women and families affected by substance use and mental health issues.
Your role will involve assessing client needs and managing referrals while building therapeutic relationships. Collaboration with professionals in child welfare ensures a holistic approach to family well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop personalized service plans
• Engage in trauma-informed individual and group counselling
• Build relationships with child welfare professionals

Requirements:
