You will help facilitate discussions about future possibilities and assist in building personal support networks. By fostering relationships, you can play a key role in helping families navigate transitions and complexities in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusting relationships with Lifetime Members
• Facilitate important planning conversations and gatherings
• Guide families through changes and transitions
• Create and sustain personal support networks
• Collaborate with community partners for resource connection
Requirements:
• Significant experience with individuals with disabilities and families
• Proficient in relationship-building and facilitation
• Understanding of asset-based and person-centered practices
• Maturity and sound judgment in interactions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
