The Manager of TCU Applications and Engineering oversees a team of embedded developers within Ford's Connectivity Platform organization. With over 10 years in embedded software development and 7 years leading teams, you will ensure scalable and reliable solutions. Your experience in systems integration and debugging across product life cycles will be key in driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead embedded software development teams for TCU projects
• Drive software architecture design and system integration
• Manage complex distributed systems throughout product life cycles
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality software releases for customer use
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 10+ years in embedded software development (C/C++)
• 7+ years of leadership in software teams
• Strong track record in software design and debugging
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
