This role is designed for engineering or computer science students eager to engage in video and audio technology. As an intern at Ross Video, based in Nepean, Ontario, you'll work closely with the Senior Software Manager, tackling exciting industry challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include coding primarily in C and C++, gaining hands-on experience in Linux OS and Git while contributing to innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement software solutions for video and audio processing
• Collaborate with the Senior Software Manager on projects
• Develop code using C and C++ languages
• Utilize Linux OS and Git for version control
• Participate in Agile development practices
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in engineering or computer science
• Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages
• Familiarity with Linux OS and Git
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Eagerness to learn about audio/video technologies
