Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a robust software application library

• Record and document client interactions and resolutions

• Work alongside OEM agents in direct support roles

• Document software design and coding changes thoroughly

• Assist in setting up complex system environments for testing

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in related fields

• Experience with Windows operating systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Programming experience in C++ or C# is a plus
