Senior Python GenAI Technology Lead

Responsibilities Lead technology initiatives and deliver scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to design and implement production-ready solutions.
Apply best practices in modern Python development and GenAI technologies.
Qualifications 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python and GenAI technologies.
Typed Python (Python 3.12+)
Asynchronous Python Programming
• asyncio - Asynchronous I/O
Aiohttp, Postgres, aiopg
Nice to have:
Python projects that use UV and FastAPI
Kubernetes experience
Google Cloud Platform experience
Experience with SCRUM or similar agile development methodology
Experience with test-driven development
Additional Details The role requires a Technology Lead with 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python and GenAI technologies. The candidate should have solid expertise in modern Python development, including typed Python (version 3.12+), asynchronous programming, and asyncio-based I/O operations. Hands-on experience with libraries such as aiohttp, Postgres integrations, and aiopg is required. The candidate should have demonstrated experience working on GenAI-based solutions and be capable of building scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Additional preferred skills include working with FastAPI, UV-based Python environments, Kubernetes, and exposure to Google Cloud Platform services. Experience in agile methodologies like SCRUM and test-driven development is an advantage. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to design scalable architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
