Location: Montreal
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers, guiding the skills and ensuring the quality of the team
Design software architecture to meet planned requirements
Determine and deliver accurate design and development time estimates
Design and implement user-friendly software components
Integrate components with the whole application
Write code accurately
Implement integration and unit tests
Fix any bugs found in the software programming
Prototype user interface component
Propose innovative solutions
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of products
Experience in leading a small team would be a great asset
Strong knowledge of object software development, using C++
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X platforms
Strong knowledge of 3D graphics
Knowledge of application development using the Qt C++ toolkit is an asset
Autodidact: energized by, and insatiably curious about, the world of high tech
