Key Responsibilities:

• Drive high-impact engineering initiatives in personalized discovery

• Partner with Product and Design on roadmap priorities

• Mentor other engineers and influence technical direction

• Demonstrate AI-native development practices and workflows

• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and deployments

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• Proficiency in Type Script, React, Node.js, and GraphQL

• Proven experience in leading AI-native development projects

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Background in EdTech or similar product types
