Connected Aircraft Software Development Manager

Take charge of software and product development in the Connected Aircraft space s role focuses on leading teams to deliver cutting-edge digital applications from concept to deployment.

As the Manager of Software and Product Development, you will define the product vision and execute the roadmap for Connected Aircraft. A minimum of ten years in software development and five years in leadership are required. You’ll oversee software development standards, track performance, and support team engagement while ensuring application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the digital product vision

• Oversee end-to-end development from concept to support

• Prioritize backlog execution aligned with business value

• Enforce software development standards and processes

• Monitor application performance for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in software engineering or related field

• 10 years of experience in software development

• 5 years in a leadership role managing teams

• Strong business and strategic mindset

• Experience in modern, data-driven product delivery
