With a minimum of 15 years in embedded software RTOS, you will spearhead the design and development of critical operating system components.
Your role encompasses mentoring team members, enforcing best coding practices, and engaging closely with product management. Strong proficiency in C/C++ and in-depth knowledge of OS principles will play a vital role in the successful execution of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design for embedded RTOS components
• Mentor and coach technical team members to excel
• Develop high-quality code following agile methodology
• Troubleshoot issues through detailed analysis
• Collaborate with product management to guide product features
Requirements:
• BSc/MSc in relevant fields like Computer Science
• 15+ years of relevant development experience
• 7+ years in leadership or mentoring roles
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and assembly
• Familiarity with OS concepts and device drivers
