As a senior developer, you will craft realistic environments, design complex tasks, and write tests to assess AI coding capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Build virtual developer environments with contextual histories
• Create and define tasks from intermediate development states
• Write tests to verify accuracy of AI solutions
• Iterate tasks based on QA feedback for better evaluations
• Ensure fair task challenges that differentiate AI responses
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Type Script, Docker, and more
• Strong experience in writing functional and integration tests
• English proficiency of B2 or higher
• Ability to create challenging tasks for AI agents
