Drive innovation in automotive audio as an Embedded Software Developer focused on DSP solutions. Work with Ford and tech partners to create advanced audio processing software.
You will engage in the design and integration of software components while collaborating with teams at Ford to define control APIs for DSP systems.
Your role entails researching next-generation audio features and addressing software defects through thorough analysis. Additionally, you'll contribute to comprehensive system design and testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate software solutions for audio processing in vehicles
• Define integration points between DSP and application processors
• Support proof-of-concept projects in automotive audio
• Analyze hardware problems and software issues
• Contribute to system documentation and testing efforts
Requirements:
• Master’s in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• 2+ years of experience with embedded software development
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Python, and DSP
• Familiarity with MATLAB for simulations
• Experience with ARM processors and real-time OS concepts
Utilize your skills in DSP and embedded systems to enhance Ford's infotainment technologies.
