Location: Montreal
Advance your career as a Java Spring Boot Developer in Montreal, QC, where you'll engage in the development of high-performance applications. This 12-month contract emphasizes building scalable Java solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust applications using the latest Java techniques and Spring Boot frameworks. You’ll ensure code quality through SOLID principles and contribute to multi-threaded application development. Your collaborative efforts will also focus on integrating RESTful APIs and fostering microservices environments using Kafka or JMS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable Java applications with Spring Boot
• Apply object-oriented design principles for clean code
• Implement multi-threading and concurrency strategies
• Create RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years experience in software development
• Proficient in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Kafka, JMS, and container technologies
• Strong understanding of SOLID and OOP principles
• Experience in application performance optimization
