Drive AI-driven innovation as the Engineering Manager for Git Lab's Duo Chat. Manage engineers to scale AI capabilities across the development platform.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing the chat experience via AI, guiding them through technical challenges while delivering robust features. This role emphasizes close collaboration with product and UX to address customer needs effectively and drive quality improvements. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive culture and guiding day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product teams to define AI feature requirements
• Involved in architecture for scalable AI systems

Requirements:
• Proven experience in team management in a distributed setting
