Responsibilities Deliver software solutions that enable automated testing of the latest automotive infotainment and connectivity technologies.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts, a test framework, and test tools.
Interface with development and test teams to understand testing requirements and implement required test tools and test scripts.
Develop and maintain test libraries that interface with target under test, test management system, and defect tracking system.
Develop and maintain software tools and features to assist in automated testing.
Contribute to team deliverables through involvement in agile scrum development sprints.
Required
Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a WES‑evaluated equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Python, .NET Framework, and test automation development.
Experience with automated testing environments and frameworks (e.g., Slash).
Experience with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.
Analytical skills with ability to produce creative and effective software solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
Preferred
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with REST APIs and interfacing with test case management systems (e.g., Test Rail) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
Experience with database (SQL).
Ability to work in a multi‑site team environment with self‑driven, self‑motivated qualities.
Compensation & Benefits $48.00 – $52.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Paid benefits after 90 days (individual and family): extended medical, out‑of‑country coverage, dental, etc.
Pension eligibility with employer match after 1 year of work; open enrollment every October.
Referral bonus offered.
