Join OXARO's team as a Service Now Expert in Ottawa, supporting critical government projects. Candidates must have Secret clearance and strong expertise in Service Now platform applications.
We are actively seeking to fill roles for Service Now Developers and Architects for upcoming projects. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with the Service Now platform and be on-site in Ottawa.
Your role will involve technical architecture for Architects or hands-on development for Developers, both crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure Service Now applications and modules
• Customize UI policies, workflows, and scripts
• Lead solution design and define platform standards
• Troubleshoot and support ongoing platform improvements
Requirements:
• Proven expertise in Service Now development or architecture
• Experience with key modules including ITSM or ITOM
• Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa
