Drive the frontend vision at OKX for core crypto business lines including Trading and Payments. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise and strategic market insights.
As the Frontend Engineer Director at OKX, you will manage the frontend team while ensuring delivery of exceptional user experiences across various products. Your expertise in frontend technologies such as React and Vue, paired with backend fluency, will guide cross-functional collaboration with product, security, and compliance teams. You will also be instrumental in defining standards and leveraging AI to innovate product design and enhance engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design for core business frontend features
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for successful delivery
• Manage hiring and development of the frontend team
• Ensure adherence to engineering quality standards
• Communicate technical strategies to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in CS or related; 10+ years in engineering
• 5+ years managing technical teams, advanced frontend skills
• Proven record with products achieving DAU 1M+
• Knowledge of crypto, trading mechanics, and compliance
• Fluent English for international collaboration
