In this role, you will manage a team focused on building essential frameworks and tooling that countless AI squads rely on. Your leadership will be critical to setting high standards for quality, driving best practices, and facilitating innovation through effective team guidance. Collaboration with product and engineering partners will be key to removing roadblocks and refining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the development of Generative AI frameworks and tools
• Establish a clear roadmap and prioritize deliverables
• Cultivate accountability for CI/CD practices in AI squads
• Improve developer experience with AI-native tooling
• Mentor and develop engineering talent through feedback
Requirements:
• 6+ years in engineering management roles
• Strong background in designing developer frameworks
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD for AI/ML systems
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related field
