Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable Java (Spring Boot) backend services and Angular frontends
- Build end-to-end full-stack features (UI, APIs, database)
- Leverage AI coding agents / GenAI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Contribute to modernization initiatives (microservices, APIs, cloud-ready architectures)
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, automation, and CI/CD practices
- Collaborate with global teams
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot
- Proficiency in Angular (modern versions)
- Experience with REST APIs & microservices
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Agile development
- Experience with AI coding assistants / code generation tools
- Understanding of agent-based development workflows (spec ? code ? validation)
- Kubernetes, Observability tools
- Financial services / compliance domain experience
