Join e-SKY Solutions as a Django-Focused Senior Developer, responsible for both backend and frontend application development. Based in Montreal, you will enhance our innovative learning solutions.
In this role, you will utilize your extensive Python and Django experience to design, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications. With at least 5 years of Python experience and 3 years in Django, you will develop RESTful APIs, optimize databases, and ensure exceptional user experiences using Django templates. Your insights will guide our agile team towards achieving our ambitious objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build scalable web applications utilizing Python and Django
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate on user interface design using Django templates
• Review code and mentor junior team members
• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 5+ years in professional Python development
• 3+ years developing applications with Django
• Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices
