Top Aces is seeking an Embedded Software Developer for its Advanced Aggressor Mission System in a hybrid setting. Contribute to the development of mission-critical airborne software solutions.

This full-time role focuses on designing, testing, and implementing real-time embedded software that supports avionics and tactical display systems. Your expertise will help streamline the integration of software with aircraft hardware and assist in ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborating with various teams, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing operational readiness for military training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reliable software for avionics and tactical uses

• Facilitate interface development and program module execution

• Oversee the software environment in partnership with IT

• Integrate software with aircraft systems and communication protocols

• Document design artifacts in accordance with certification standards

Requirements:

• Software Engineering degree or related field

• Proven skills in C/C++ software development

• Familiarity with aviation systems and networking

• Experience in Linux and Windows environments

• Must meet security clearance requirements
