Position Overview
C#/.NET Developer – Fixed Income Electronic Trading
Join the Fixed Income electronic trading team, which develops and maintains software solutions in an Agile environment, supporting price contribution, RFQ management, Order Management Systems (OMS), and straight-through processing of electronic trades. The applications interface with external platforms and exchanges such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Broker Tec, and others.

Responsibilities- Develop trading platforms for Fixed Income Flow desks, including US Linear Rates, Fixed Income, Latam, and FX.
- Collaborate with trading and sales teams to translate user needs into clear system specifications.
- Work alongside senior developers to propose designs and implement projects.
- Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery of development tasks.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Write well‑tested, maintainable code to ensure software quality.
- Follow release and change‑management processes rigorously.
- Take responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support of the applications.
- Manage software release rollouts.
- Provide clear and consistent status reports to clients and management.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including networking, systems, and development groups.
- Apply IT best practices to continuously improve development quality.
- Participate as a motivated, proactive, and highly contributing member of the global team.
- Manage multiple concurrent work streams with strong organizational skills.
Profile
- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related subject.
- Degree in Finance is a plus.
Competencies
- Fluent in English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and rigorous.
- Dynamic, detail‑oriented, fast‑learning capacity, able to work in a high‑pressure environment.
Technical Skills
- Object‑oriented programming principles.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and C# development.
- Programming design patterns, including MVVM.
- Experience with source control tools, preferably Git.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in dependency injection and Entity Framework.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Team City and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of fixed‑income products such as bonds and IRS is a plus.
- Knowledge of electronic trading (dealer‑to‑client and inter‑dealer) is a plus.
- Multithreaded application development knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of messaging technologies is a plus.
