Location: Montreal
Join our team as a Lead Test Automation Specialist, focusing on critical system automation across Canada. You'll design frameworks and execute comprehensive test strategies in a bilingual setting.
With at least 7 years of experience, you will enhance quality assurance practices by collaborating closely with development teams and integrating modern automation tools like Playwright and K6. Your leadership will mentor others in Agile methods to improve software testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design automated test frameworks and tools
• Create test strategies and define critical test cases
• Collaborate to improve overall unit test coverage
• Lead mentoring initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Engage in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in automation and software development
• Strong knowledge of Playwright, PACT, and Wire Mock
• Advanced understanding of Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD processes
• Fluent in French and English for effective professional communication
