Mission
As a Software Engineer, you will design, build and enhance applications that directly impact operations and customer experience. You will contribute to the evolution of a constantly evolving platform, ensuring high standards of quality, performance and reliability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features aligned with business priorities.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with product, business and technical teams to deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to project planning and delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Design and manage relational database solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale applications.

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• Self-driven, curious and eager to learn.
