Objectif de la mission :
Nous recherchons un Tech Lead spécialisé en Azure AI à Montréal pour piloter des solutions conversationnelles basées sur LLM & Azure OpenAI, afin de devenir la référence technique IA du projet.
- Définir l’architecture des agents IA (Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services, LLMs)
- Superviser l’intégration des modèles et APIs conversationnelles
- Assurer performance, sécurité, scalabilité
- Encadrer l’équipe + mettre en place MLOps / CI-CD / LLMOps
- 10+ ans en développement logiciel
- 5+ ans cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS)
- 5+ ans en IA appliquée (LLM, NLP, modèles prédictifs)
- Expertise en Python + connaissance de Java/C++
- Expérience avec Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI / microservices / API
