Position: Principal Developer for AspenTech Platforms
Location: Montreal

Pursue innovation as a Principal Developer for Aspen Tech’s Enterprise Operations Platform, focusing on cloud-native technologies and agile practices to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Aspen Tech is in search of an experienced Developer with a solid foundation in cloud-native architecture and agile development.

Your role will involve collaborating within an Agile team to maintain and build out our continuous delivery pipeline while leveraging modern technology stacks. With a strong emphasis on performance and scalability, your contributions will be essential in fulfilling the needs of our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline platform infrastructure for development teams

• Diagnose and fix integration and performance challenges

• Design solutions leveraging edge deployment and cloud services

• Collaborate on refining strategic requirements into actionable tasks

• Code high-quality, reliable software to meet objectives

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education

• Expertise in cloud-native technologies and architectures

• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure Dev Ops

• Advanced English language skills;
French A1 proficiency is a plus

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks preferred
