Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the agentic framework of Floyd’s AI capabilities

• Partner with Data Engineers on seamless ML pipeline integration

• Develop various software components from Python to React

• Uphold strict production standards for reliability and governance

• Expedite project timelines using AI coding agents

Requirements:

• At least five years of AI product experience

• Proven track record with LLM and production systems

• Expertise in Python and comfort with JavaScript/Type Script

• Proficient in Databricks and cloud-based solutions

• Exceptional communication in cross-disciplinary environments
