Angular Developer – Angular, Type Script & RxJS
Location:
Montreal – Hybrid: 3 days a week in office

We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in developing responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in modern front-end technologies, API integration, state management, and Agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (v12+).
- Build reusable UI components and ensure optimal application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with front-end applications.
- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and releases.
- Support CI/CD deployment processes and application monitoring.
- 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of Angular development.
- Strong experience with Angular, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, RxJS.
- Experience with Angular Material and responsive UI design.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Experience with State Management (NgRx, Redux).
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with Node.js and backend integration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot.
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and delivery excellence.
