Lead technical initiatives as a hands-on Technical Lead, focused on developing scalable infrastructure that empowers game developers globally.
This role requires a strategic approach to backend engineering, deep experience in Go, and the ability to mentor engineers through complex projects. You will balance technical development with business needs, guiding modernization practices while ensuring the production environment remains robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate discussions to shape technical architecture
• Refactor legacy systems while meeting delivery timelines
• Collaborate on business and technical goal alignment
• Address production issues and define resolution processes
• Improve engineering workflows and developer tools
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software development
• 2+ years of experience in Go
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead capacity
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
