You will influence architectural decisions, prioritize technical debt, and ensure robust engineering practices. This hands-on role requires expertise in Go, distributed systems, and backend infrastructure, along with collaboration across teams to maintain business and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate discussions on technical architecture and solutions
• Set standards and influence engineering best practices
• Lead modernization and refactoring projects
• Identify and address technical debt proactively
• Enhance developer experience through improved tools
Requirements:
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Proficiency with Go, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ
