Senior Engineer – AI at PSP Investments

Elevate investment strategy as a Senior Applied AI Engineer at PSP Investments. Lead the creation and optimization of Floyd, our innovative AI platform designed for investment teams.

This senior role involves a mix of AI engineering and product development, closely working with investment professionals to build a reliable, user-friendly AI tool. Your expertise will drive the evolution of Floyd, integrating the latest models and ensuring production-grade reliability. Collaboration with data engineers on Databricks will be key to establishing a strong, efficient pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect critical elements of Floyd's AI system

• Engineer ML pipelines alongside data engineering teams

• Develop the Python SDK and front-end elements

• Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective production

• Engage with users to refine platform functionality

Requirements:

• Five plus years of experience in production software

• Proven ability in deploying large-scale LLM applications

• Expertise in Python, with proficiency in Java Script

• Experience with Databricks in cloud platforms

• Strong communication to bridge technical and non-technical teams
