Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing scalable full-stack applications, enhancing user interfaces, supporting the software development lifecycle, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and system specifications.
• Design, develop, maintain, and support distributed enterprise applications.
• Build scalable and highly available application solutions.
• Contribute to application availability, performance, and scalability.
• Analyze existing application designs and implement enhancements and extensions.
• Design and enhance responsive user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
• Develop front-end applications using Angular and/or React.
• Develop back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
• Develop and maintain unit tests following TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Utilize version control, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools to support software delivery.
• Promote development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using Angular and/or React.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and developing distributed applications.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
