Xsolla is looking for a Tech Lead who can effectively manage the Subscriptions team, balancing hands-on engineering with oversight of project timelines and quality assurance. With your experience in PHP and Go, you’ll lead efforts to modernize existing systems and deliver outstanding functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor the Subscriptions backend team

• Own technical direction and project timelines

• Provide reliable delivery ETAs and track progress

• Develop services in PHP and Go

• Improve scalability and system performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of backend engineering experience

• Proven leadership and delivery management capabilities

• Background in working with legacy PHP

• Strong understanding of microservices and APIs

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
