Job Title: Angular Developer
Job Type: Full Time (FTE)
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, RESTful APIs
, and modern front-end development practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop reusable, modular, scalable, and responsive UI components.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
- Implement unit testing and support CI/CD deployment processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of front-end development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Angular experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with RxJS, NgRx/State Management, and Angular Material.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development.
- Experience with Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or other unit testing frameworks.
- Financial services or capital markets domain experience is a plus.
- Experience with React or Node.js.
- Knowledge of web application security best practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
