We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in GenAI technologies to join the Resilience Technology team and drive key initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Learn and apply client's proprietary frameworks and best practices.
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.
- Python: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.
- React: 5+ years of UI/UX implementation experience.
- GenAI:
Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants. - Databases:
Proficiency in RDBMS and No
SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies. - OOP & Design Patterns:
Strong grasp and practical use during development. - Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting:
Solid working knowledge. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems. - Teamwork & Communication:
Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written. - Testing:
Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components.
- Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization.
- Experience with Dev Ops practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.
- Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture.
- Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell.
- Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming.
- Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.
